Our females are the foundation of our breeding program. All brood bitches are BAER tested (hearing) & CERF tested (vision) annually and at least “entered” in the field before breeding. In addition to correct conformation, we put a premium on bloodlines proven through several generations, working instincts and ALL-IMPORTANTLY good temperaments. As in our Hereford cattle, we value females with fertility, whelping ease, good milk and mothering ability.
